Tough as nails, the Keratex Hoof Hardener strengthens and protects hooves with or without shoes. It prevents cracks and breakage so that shoes stay on tight, and horses remain sound. This patented product has unique flexibility and hardening agents which prevent existing cracks from getting worse. Keratex works by cross lining the keratins and proteins within the internal structure of the hooves, making the hooves stronger from the inside out.
